Coverage & Billing
We understand that medical insurance can be incredibly complex, and it is common for patients to be unsure about their coverage. As a complimentary service, we will file your medical claim for you.
Please note: Because there are many insurance options and a wide variety of factors can affect coverage, we strongly recommend contacting your insurance carrier prior to your visit. We will verify active coverage at time of service, but cannot guarantee network status or plan reimbursements. Consulting with your carrier in advance will help prevent any confusion regarding your financial responsibility.
If any medical services are not covered under the Medical Services Plan (MSP), or if a patient's health card is expired or inactive, the patient will be responsible for all associated costs at the time of service. Please note that we do not participate in extended health benefit billing; therefore, patients must submit any eligible claims directly to their private insurance providers for reimbursement.
